Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet. Es ist fast alles da, was man benötigt. Es handelt sich hierbei um eine Zweizimmer-Wohnung mit Balkon. In einem Zimmer steht ein Doppelbett und im Anderen eine große Schlafcouch. Am zweiten Zimmer befindet sich die Wohnküche. Dort gibt es einen Kühlschrank, ein Kochfeld, ein Backofen, ein Toaster, Wasserkocher u.a.. Das Bad ist relativ groß. Duschen oder Baden kann man sich in einer Badewanne. Im Bad befindet sich außérdem eine Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung war sauber und aufgeräumt. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Lebensmittelladen und eine Tram-Haltestelle. Mit der Tram kann man direkt ins Zentrum fahren. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.

We stayed this apartment 2months more. The equipment of kitchen is perfect and useful. Living room just as the photo shown very brightly and open space for a family living. Room is also comfortable and quietly for sleeping. there is just only no curtain in bathtub while shower spray a lot. Nice terrace for the garden view and convenient parking place at building basement. It is a new apartment, environment is just perfect for living. For the transportation, it is also very convenient to take tram No.22/26 to downtown by 30mins. bus No. 177 can transfer to other metro station. Tram and bus stop just only 150 meter from the building. Penny/Albert supermarket is around 200-300 meter. Vivo shopping hall 400 meter. I like this apartment a lot, I recommend for family stay will be very enjoyable.

Es ist eine zwei Zimmer Wohnung mit Balkon und Grossem Tiefgaragenparkplatz. Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock es existiert ein neuwertiger Aufzug wie insgesamt das gesamte Gebäude. Vor dem Haus gibt es eine S-Bahn Haltestelle und nebenan eine Shell Tankstelle. Im Wohnzimmer kann eine dritte Person auf der Couch schlafen ist aber sehr unbequem, aber für ein paar Tage kann man es sich antun. Für die Balkontür gab es keine Gardine, genauso für das mittlere Fenster im Wohnzimmer und im Bad ist das Kabel für den Duschkopf nur 1m lang dadurch muss man sich sehr klein machen um den kompletten Körper mit Wasser zu bedecken, diese Mängel habe ich dem Vermieter gemeldet und er hat mir gesagt das er es korrigieren wird.

Die Wohnung war genau so wie auf den Bildern. Sie war sauber und es gab Handtücher sowie Bettwäsche. Das einzige Manko war, dass die Wohnung etwas weiter vom Zentrum entfernt ist, demnach ist man auf die Straßenbahn oder auf ein Auto angewiesen. Mit der Straßenbahn waren es so um die 30 Minuten bis zum Zentrum.

Don’t book It! I informed the host about the arrival time in advance, sent texts 1 hour before arriving but the host didn’t show up. When I finally called to airbnb complain department, the host started to answer on my messages and kindly informed us that she had another check in at this time. I was waiting in the car with a crying baby almost for 2 hours but at the end the host lost the key from the apartment and I had to search for the hotel at night. It was my worse experience with Airbnb. Don’t repeat
