2nd time to the island and will never stay anywhere else! This property was exactly as described, minutes drive to the beach with everything you need. The inside was great but the patio was the star of the show. Plenty of lounge space, a pool, and a grill. Host was very responsive and we only needed to contact them once.
We had a great stay! Beautiful neighborhood and home, very safe and quiet; bed and seating very comfortable; the unit looked just like the photos; excellent air conditioning, washer, dryer and backyard: pool and barbecue grill was perfect as we don’t like eating 3 meals daily in restaurants. We didn’t use the gym but a nice amenity if we hadn’t been snorkeling, renting a Jeep to drive the entire shoreline of the Island including the beautiful National Park (not accessible to ATV/UTV riders and wonderful restaurants. We hope this unit will be available when we return! Thank you Aurum!

We enjoyed our stay at Aurum's condo in the Gold Coast community. The place was stylishly decorated, and everything felt new and very clean, as one would find in a top notch hotel. The back patio with pool was a lovely spot to relax, and our son also enjoyed using the bigger pool at the clubhouse. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were modern and luxe. The only slight drawbacks for us were that the place itself felt a bit smaller and darker than it looked in the photos, which felt a little tight for four adults, but it did have beautiful lighting to offset the lack of natural light in the living area. Ultimately this didn't matter too much as we spent most of our time out and about on the island and enjoying the back patio area of the unit. The place is run through a management company so if you are looking for a personalized feel this is not the place for you, but the hosts were very professional and responsive and the operation was quite well run.
