We take great care of our space and do our best to accommodate our guests in the hope that you cherish and enjoy it as your own home during your visit. We will meet and give you a walk through of the home and hand you the keys; then we will leave you to your private space; however we are only a phone call / text away if you have any questions. If smoking is detected we will deduct $300 from the deposit. We ask you to kindly REMOVE YOUR SHOES when inside the home as we have white carpets and concrete floor which we get down on our knees to hand mop. Not suitable for children since cabinet door corners are all very sharp and home has many breakable glass items. No Overnight Guests other than those in the name list provided at the time of booking. If you have additional guests joining you please ask for exception ahead of the time so we can account for accommodations / amenities (i.e. extra towels, more pillows, shampoo... etc.) Please turn off Lights & AC when leaving the home to conserve energy; California always has drought issues so please minimize running the tap water unnecessarily. We pay for electricity but not water; however we care about our planet so we ask ALL to be conscientious about utility usage. The space is thoughtfully designed to ensure sensible and comfortable living; we hope you love it as much as we do. Please be respectful and use good care when staying in our home. Many furnishing items are more than a century old or of family heirlooms. These items have sentimental values and are priceless to us while irreplaceable. The leather hide is not cleanable; if it gets soiled the stain is permanent so we ask you to please refrain from having food & beverage outside of the kitchen area.
