Great location with two bed and baths with AC and a pool, what more do you need in San Jose. Great stay!

Overall this place was very nice, it was in a quiet area with great restaurants across the street and a short walk. Felipe was a great host very helpful and flexible always very responsive.

Felipe was a great host. He was always responsive and helpful in resolving our needs. For example, he personally delivered some paper towels one day. The place had great wifi (no problems video calling). Bedsheets and towels were clean and free of bedbugs. The shower had no issues with hot water, but involved some configuring so it would stay steady and spray downward in the master bedroom. The in-unit washer and dryer were effective and free. It was close to several restaurants and grocery stores and felt safe. There was AC, but only in the bedrooms. The gym required reservation, which was easily done on an app. It was a decent gym for an apartment with a cable machine, dumbbells up to ~50 lbs, cardio machines, and a pull up bar. My least favorite thing was that there were tiny ants that would show up every now and then. Though anti ant spray was readily available in the apartment as advised by Felipe, it was somewhat annoying to constantly spray some areas to keep them away.
