Although the property location is good , extremely beautiful and the caretaker Mr Pramod was very helpful, there were 3 main factors that disappointed me a lot. 1. Wrong location on Airbnb which takes you to some other resort 2. I booked for AC room but got nonAC room, good to have a discussion with owner before booking 3. I booked for car parking in premises but the parking I got was on the road and that too 30-40 meters far from the property. This is because the 30meters of path to reach the property is too narrow that a car can’t go. Whereas in Airbnb it is mentioned that car parking in premises is available. So these are a few false informations that disappointed me, otherwise the property is beautiful, neat, clean and comfortable.

Really great space. Co-host Promod (approximate spelling) was very welcoming and considerate. Far enough from the Cliff to provide peaceful sleep. Very comfortable and clean place to stay. Highly recommend for place to stay in Varkala Cliff area.

Lovely clean room with comfy bed and great bathroom. Very close to the beach, restaurants etc. Good covered roof space for chilling too.
