I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The little trainhouse is the cutest and Margot, and are cute dogs are such an amazing hosts. I can't recommend this place enough!

What a lovely little place! Its comfy cozy, spectacular view from bed, all the sounds of nature, FRIENDLIEST hosts (both humans and dogs). Would recommend for sure!

We loved our stay! Our daughter has been reading the Boxcar Children and finding a train to stay in was such a gift! Margot thought of things I hadn’t even planned for in my home. It was easy to make a meal efficiently, even in a small space, and we were comfortable to sleep with great bedding and options to be warmer or cooler. Internet/cell reception for data was spotty or weak for us (Verizon and Att) but that’s probably for the best. Great location for driving to Sequim to shop or eat, or going around Sequim to see nature. We hope to visit again for another “Boxcar Children” (luxe version!)-style adventure.

Loved the sunset over the Olympics and the quiet atmosphere. The whole family was very happy.

Margot is a gracious host! We had a wonderful experience staying at her place. The cabooses were very well renovated and thoughtfully furnished. The ground around the caboose is beautiful. It is near a private airfield, but it's not noisy at all. In fact, it was very fun to watch the planes :-) We can't wait to go back for another stay!
