Earl was great, we had a small issue with the pluming in the building (100% not his fault) but he allowed my family to go into another unit close by which was an upgrade and super comfy. Earl showed us he is willing to go above and beyond for his guests and for that reason we will be staying again.

I love the apartment it's very comfortable and private... I was concerned about privacy and security at first but nobody came down while I was there...The basement apartment had a private and very clean bathroom with a great shower. The temperature of the apartment was good, no bugs or rodents and the basement smell was not bad. The location was extremely convenient for me.. across the street from the Greyhound/Trailway bus station.. it was walking distance from the event I was attending, the Arena, and some nice eateries like Hattie's for dinner and Maurice's or Spinning Gyro for lunch and take out... I walked every where during the day and took the city bus which was down the street to get around Albany at night... Earl the host was very responsive and proactive.. Making my stay easy and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again...

Earl was super responsive and the place is the perfect location/price if you are heading to MVP arena!
