Beautiful property in a quiet yet walkable location. Easy access to shops, restaurants and the university. Property was spotless, looked like photos and has very nice views and privacy. Some maintenance issues, eg flatware and dishes insufficient (prob not replaced when previously broken), TV instructions lacking (when we called management they could not help- luckily we figured out ourselves) and sadly, both beds were uncomfortable. One bed was so loud and squeaky, I woke myself up repeatedly when I rolled over in my sleep. Should these issues be addressed, this would be a stellar airbnb. Clear written instructions on how to use TV, appliances, thermostat, etc would be helpful. On the plus side, Cohova staff were friendly and responded to texts, but were unable to help me with my queries. I wonder if a homeowner rather than a management company would know more about the inner workings of their property and address broken items quicker.

This was a great location while we spent a few days touring the University of Arkansas and exploring Fayetteville. Room for our family of 4 to spread our. Enjoyed some time on the balcony with lovely sunset views. Walked to coffee and bakery for morning treats. Very responsive host when we had a question about WiFi. Great choice for our family - thank you!

We enjoyed our time at this comfortable condo. The folks at Cohova were super responsive and communicative. For example when we noticed there were no hangers in either closet, they immediately arranged to have some delivered. When we couldn't get the gas fireplace up and running, they helped us figure it out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and are always super appreciative of stylish accommodations that accept travelers with dogs. Thumbs up!
