It was a pleasure staying here for almost a year. Although Elaine does not live on premises but she’s communicative, super friendly and respectful of my privacy, genuinely a polite professional host. The neighborhood is very clean, safe and very quiet. Don’t let the other negative review hold you back from booking a room here. The other guest who complained had very bad attitude, didn’t say hi to anyone, always moody, left her trash at the door that attracted bugs and flies and made all of us feel uncomfortable. The long term guest was a nice hardworking man in his 50’s, he never left the window open all night long as she stated, I was here all the time. I’m not trying to defend the host but for her to leave such a negative review based on lies doesn’t sound right, not fair at all! I figured to mention the facts as they were, no need to make up stories to ruin the host’s reputation. Elaine is genuinely very good person and will work with you to make you feel home. Elaine was a super host! She is very communicative and takes care of the property, keeps it clean, safe and smoke free. She is really a very nice and classy lady, very helpful, respectful and considerate of your privacy and all your concerns. It was pleasure to stay in, very quiet neighborhood, lots of Asian restaurants, gyms are very close by. It really feels like home. I strongly recommend Elaine’s place for short or long term. The place is well stocked for all your needs, you’ll have your own private bathroom, central AC/heater, shared kitchen, washer and dryer etc …and lots of available parking spaces on the street. I genuinely feel like it’s home. Thank you so much Elaine.

Very quiet neighborhood and plenty of privacy. The bed was comfortable and the washer and dryer worked well. Great internet speed. Overall awesome value. Elaine was a great host that gave me privacy but was available if I needed anything.
