This is the perfect home for a couple who are planning to stay for a while. We lived there for about a month and as everyone else has said...location, location, location!! It is walking distance to restaurants, shops, theater, trails and the neighborhood is safe, friendly, and welcoming. The apartment itself has every appliance you could want including a washer/dryer which appears relatively new . Apartment was constructed about 4 or 5 years ago and you can tell because everything is new. Nancy was a pleasure to work with and was an excellent host. She is lightning speed responsive and if there is a problem, presto it is resolved. There is a patio in front of the house and if you get a sunshine day, we didn't get many, lovely to sit outside and enjoy the rays. The only negative thing I can say is that I wish Nancy owned properties in other cities so we could stay there.
