Sitio acogedor y muy bonito, los anfitriones todo amabilidad y atenciones. Lugar ideal para descanso ya que es todo tranquilidad y en contacto con la naturaleza. Nica y Antonio son unos excelentes anfitriones. Lo recomendamos al 100%.

I highly recommend this place, although if you choose it you must have a car or a scooter as Palombaio is a very small local town. The house looks the same as in the photos, it is very cozy, in a rustic style. The owners are great and very helpful. We hope that we will be able to come back there. ☺️

We stayed 3 nights st Giulia's place. Overall our stay was fine, but I think it's worth noting the following for prospective guests. Giulia did a great job to ensure her parents met us in the village so we could get to the place. Like many Airbnb's in Italy, even with GPS and directions it can be tricky finding the places. Giulia's mum, Nica showed us the place, but can't speak English. We got by with our little Italian. She also bought us pastries for the following day which was lovely and there was some breakfast essentials provided, should you choose to use them. The village has a bakery, a few bars, chemist and that's about it. So head to Bitonto if you need more... Which is also a lovely town. The bed is a sofa bed, which for us would be fine for a one night stay, but a bit uncomfortable for three. I'm sure this is down to personal preference. Lastly, and not dissimilarly to other Airbnbs, the kitchens/kitchenettes tend to be graveyards of forgotten Tupperware and Crockery pieces which would otherwise be left to rot in dark cupboards when members of their set have been broken or lost... Perhaps I'm getting a little too carried away - put simply there weren't any sharp knives to cut with and the wine opener provided required inhuman strength to operate. We were unfortunate to be there for a bit of wild weather and the power went out one night, just when we were cooking dinner.... Actually went out the following night too, but very briefly. No fault of anyone's and there were plenty of candles in the flat which were most appreciated. The place is as per photos, rather than the description. There is no TV and no washing machine or ability to use one...we asked but were offered a tub instead. There's a CD and record player, but neither are connected to play... Which we found a bit disappointing. Be aware that there are two dogs, both very friendly, one is a German shepherd who will look to play with you during your stay... So you must like dogs! Lastly, whilst the location isn't in itself beautiful, it was easy for us to take trips to some of the amazing nearby towns.
