My family and I were in Las Vegas for my youngest daughter's. We wanted our time together to be stress-free and peaceful. We had to get 3 separate places because there were so many family members, but I think our place was probably the most relaxing. I had several interactions with Cindy and Matt through email and they were very responsive and accommodating. If I'm ever in Vegas again, they will be the first folks I check with.

Nicely updated, comfortable home with a private fenced backyard. Note that there is only 1 king bed, not 2 as described in the listing, but that was OK for us. The king bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is pretty well-equipped and there are plenty of bathroom and laundry supplies. The two-car garage is a really nice amenity. We especially liked the nearby community center with fitness classes for adults and kids, plus an indoor pool. We walked to Costco and restaurants less than a mile away, and a grocery and pharmacy less than a mile away. There is a walking path through nearby Cottonwood Canyon that is peaceful and allowed us to walk away from traffic. There is also a paved walking/biking path that runs along Hwy 215 north/south (stick to the north end, south gets into some sketchy areas). The neighborhood itself is very quiet, overall a great location for us. Matt and Cindy are great communicators, very responsive. We had no issues with the home before or during our stay.

Close to a freeway. Costco - Trader Joe’s and many other places. Nice place to stay away from the strip

Great for four of us - bedroom each, lots of seating, comfy dining table. And a really nice backyard, which wasn’t in the listing, so a great surprise to find nice furniture, shade awnings and corn hole all set up. Super quiet neighborhood. Zero noise and easy access from main roads. And just like the listing says - minutes from Red Rock Canyon, but still in Vegas with grocery stores and mini malls just around the corner. House isn’t brand new, little tired, but everything works and the kitchen had all the tools / utensils / pots to make full multi-course meals. Matt/Cindy always got back to us and were really helpful. A pleasure to deal with them. Really great stay and we would absolutely book this place again. Thanks so much, Matt.
