Richard is a terrific host. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with him, from the booking process to my departure. He was thoughtful and proactive throughout and added all the little touches that make a person feel welcome and secure. He is also a pleasure to interact with. I loved staying at his place and hope to return. It’s in a fantastic location in a quiet and charming neighbourhood with a magnificent view of Simon’s Town and the sea. The apartment was comfortable and clean with all the extras you could want as a guest.

Richard is a lovely, chatty host that is very helpful and accommodating. The location was great for us since we went diving for a couple of days and the dive center was pretty close to the place. Yet, it’s good to take into account that there are not too many restaurants in close proximity (walking distance), but there are some Ubers available to nice places. The facilities at the house were really good, we could even use the washing machine to do our laundry. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend!
