I recommend this place. Apartment is very clean and spacious, has separate dinning room and living room, which is very convenient. Also terrace is available, but not much intimacy, because neighbours are all around. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary accessories, so you don't need take anything. Place is located very close to the centre of the town, in one minute by foot you are there. Be careful with washing maschine, it can boil your clothes ;)

Great spot to stay while climbing or just visiting Leonidio. I had no idea when booking, but this location ended up being great as it was a 3-5 minute walk from the "main" area of Leonidio where the restaurants and shops are located to eat and buy groceries/fruit. As far as the space, this place is BIG, i'd guess at least 700-800SF(200-226m3). For sleeping it has one bedroom with the queen, one bedroom with the 2 twin beds, and then one other sleeping spot in the dining area if you had another extra person. Then there is the kitchen, and another living room area. So essentially 5 separate zones of the flat. One caveat on the room with 2 twin beds, they are not made for a tall lanky american male. I am 6'-2" (188cm) tall and although I fit on the mattress, my feet and head when lying down were crammed and hitting between the wooden head and footboards you can see in the pictures. I needed to move the mattress to the ground so that I could let my toes hang off the end and then it wasn't a big issue. Not their fault i'm tall though, so no stars docked! One other thing that made the sleep situation less than ideal was the noise. Being a small village, all the buildings are very close together, made of stone, and have minimal building materials that have any sort of sound insulation. Cars/mopeds, animals, garbage trucks, people on the street talking early/late in the day, church bells, and then anyone else opening or closing doors or windows would clatter through the structure. I simply started to sleep with earplugs though and it helped with 90% of it. Again, this is not unique to this apartment though so no stars docked! By no means is Leonidio a loud raging village with night club music pulsing through the night, but wanted to give future travellers a heads up on what we encountered. The last thing in regards to the other comments that this is close to the climbing, it is kind of true. Yes its only 10 minutes walking to the parking area of MARS where you begin your walk in. But in all honesty, a Leonidio climbing trip requires a car to go nearly anywhere else so this shouldn't be a big factor in your decision on where to stay as everything is very spread out. Overall this place is big, comfy, and a great value. Would recommend it and stay again in the future.
