This detached villa with private garden and big private pool has a central location and is situated in Ciudad Quesada; close to the beach (7,5 KM), the La Marquesa golf course and several arterial roads and within walking distance of the supermarket, restaurant and terraces. A car is recommended, but certainly not necessary with this property. This very spacious property of 240M2 has several luxurious facilities such as a dishwasher, air conditioned rooms, TV, WIFI internet, complete bathrooms (one with bath) etcetera. There are also facilities available for the youngest like a child cot, chair etc. You will find outside a bar, barbecue, a lot of sun chairs, garden furniture and several places to enjoy the sun, shadow, the big private pool.

Great villa in excellent location, Minor issue with SAT TV and pool which where sorted ASAP. The host was responsive, it would have been nice to meet her when we arrived however they did an earlier hand over for our benefit and someone else handed over the keys and he seemed in a rush. The villa is expensive but the location is good

Très beau séjour dans cette superbe maison qui a ravi toute nôtre famille. Belle maison, qui correspond parfaitement aux photos, suffisamment grande pour nôtre grande famille, bien équipée afin que nous nous y sentions bien. Sans oublier la grande piscine où nous avons passé de bons moments! Merci à Peggy pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité, ce fût un plaisir…merci

Rojales is a great base to explore the surroundings of the Costa Blanca.
Besides the central location and the several golf courses in the surroundings it is only a 10 minute drive to the extended “Blue Flag” awarded beaches of Guardamar. The cosy coastal town Torrevieja is only 15 minutes removed and here you can enjoy the fantastic promenade, restaurants, bars, very clean beaches, shopping centres (like the recently opened shopping centre “Habaneras”).
Locally there is a weekly street market on Thursday. You will find several gift shops, banks, terraces, bars and international restaurants. The Rojales Aquapark is open from May to October.
The villa benefits from being accessible from either Alicante or Murcia (San Javier) airport - both 35 to 40 minutes removed from the property.
Furthermore you will find a lot of attractions in Ciudad Quesada and surroundings like horse and pony riding, tennis, bowling, pool and snooker etc.
