Pros: Amazing location, it was the perfect size for our group, everyone had their own bathroom and bed. Beautiful views. Host was very responsive. Cons: Had a noticeable smell when we walked in, some of the beds were missing comforters, the majority of pool sticks were broken, both the hot tub and pool appeared very dirty. We had to contact them to come clean it, which they came very quickly and cleaned it. Everyone complained about taking cold showers as the water took very long to turn hot and if someone else was showering on the same floor you wouldn’t get warm water. Overall very average. If you are looking for a beautiful view and being steps away from the beach this is the perfect place. If you are expecting everything to work perfectly and to feel like this place went above and beyond this may not be the place for you.

Beautiful house. The kitchen was amazing. Definitely want to go back.
The house needs substantial updates. It’s clear from the ‘for sale’ sign in the kitchen, that you’re trying to offload the place. The exhaust fan for the oven doesn’t work. The grills out back haven’t been cleaned in a very long time. There were ants in the kitchen (we wound up having to throw out quite a bit of gluten free food we trekked down from NY). It takes nearly 10-15 minutes for the hot water to show up at the shower, particularly on the upper floors. The stairs to beach need maintenance. Many are rotted and a safety hazard. Lastly, that you’re right next to a hotel with balconies that basically look straight into the backyard should be in your description of the property.
We gathered with extended family for the first time and it was a beautiful space to be in! Everything from the amazing kitchen to the wonderful pool meant we ate well and rested well! Plenty of space for us all to spread out and also rooms big enough for us all to gather in. Being steps from the beach…it doesn’t get much better than this!
