The place was great and had everything that I needed. Location is fantastic and the area is nice with everything within walking distance especially with a great cigar/whisky bar located next door to the stay. Communication with the host was difficult. I had asked about an early arrival 3 weeks prior to the stay but the host was unable to accommodate that request which was not a big deal for me. However ten minutes prior to my check in time, I had not received any check in instructions and had to message the host. He replied that the place was not ready and that it would take more time. I was driving in from Dallas for a wedding and due to this sudden news, didn't have a place to freshen up in time for the wedding events. Had I been informed this prior to arrival and more than within 10 minutes to check in, I would've at least been able to change my plans.

The place itself is nice. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. A few things made the experience not so good. A very loud cigar place & bar just below the apartment made it impossible to get to sleep before 2am especially on Friday night. The apartment next door’s bedroom is directly on the same wall the bedroom is in this apartment and the walls are very thin. The neighbors were “aggressively intimate” at 4am! …. I was there for work and had to be up early so this really was frustrating to say the least. So while the place is nice and clearly well cared for I didn’t get much sleep this week….. if you are looking for a quiet place, this isn’t the place….. if you are looking to stay out late, don’t mind late night wall banging and sleep isn’t a high priority for you…. You’ll love it!
