首先Benjie认真负责，第一次住民宿遇见房东有些意外，同时提醒了非常非常多的注意事项，其中包括出门拔掉所有插座，明白可能存在安全隐患，但过多的提醒变成无形的要求。其次，入住时提到浴室只有温水，但在实际上只有冷水，导致无法洗澡这是我们不满意的第一点，并且在入住了才进行说明这让人无法及时变更住处。最后是房源的位置，处在新开发的高层楼里，不可否认有高楼俯视的美景以及免费的游泳池，但若想出行就很不方便，例如周围还在建设中存在高架，周围未开发的原因，天黑一些就不敢步行，以至于只能用Grab，但在晚上也没有司机接单，导致入住当晚只能待在民宿。种种原因导致我们原本预定两晚，就在一晚后直接退房，直接去sm city附近找到酒店居住。综合影响了出行的心情，希望能给到你们建议。

Booked this place very last minute and hosts were able to accommodate me. It has a very nice view of Rockwell. Love that the unit is clean and complete with amenities. I didnt know that pets are allowed. I should have brought mine! Ill definitely book again! Thank you Benjie and Gil!

Bad. To give you a list of the things I hated about this listing, there was trash on the bedside cart, there were white specks all over the floor, there was an empty box lying around, there was an empty water container near the door, found a battery behind the TV, coins on top of the shelf (which they didn’t bother cleaning because they claim “it’s not trash and the other guests intentionally left them”), stove doesn’t work, induction cooker didn’t work with the pans they had, NO TOILETRIES unlike what was claimed in the listing here, cockroach bait stations lying around AND NEAR THE BED 🤢, cabinets smell like old spaghetti, there were tools lying around, sink was clogged with water and floating particles, unit smells abandoned but badly masked with heavy diffuser and freshener scents. I seriously want a refund, I’m glad I only needed to stay over one night.
