This suite is absolutely beautiful. The photos don't do it justice. Perfect location, very large suite, great pool area, and amazing service. Highly recommend.

The suites are really dark with very little natural light. The bedroom I stayed had no window. The lighting in the suites is terrible as well. The generator on one side of the suite was noisy as balls There is no way to turn of the air conditioner, so the suites are terribly cold. This place is way overpriced. For the amount of money I paid I was expecting a 5 star experience, but got a 3.5. Would not repeat, would not recommend. You could do much better for the ridiculous price.

Absolutely loved my stay here! Everything was fabulous- the pool, the hot tubs, the condo, the view. Nothing was a disappointment!

We knew the location and had toured the Royal Kelowna and stayed in adjacent hotel prior to booking unit. We’ll definitely stay there again. Great space, beautiful views and close to everything in town. Helpful front desk staff who responded to our questions and needs right away. This specific unit has great views, it’s super quiet and beds/pillows very comfortable. A few simple things lacking upon arrival. Such as no coffee filters and only two dishwasher tabs for our stay. But this was easily fixed and we were able to get these items right away upon request to front desk staff. Highly recommend this unit and the Royal Kelowna.
