This one bedroom apartment is located in Orbe Plaza, a mixed use building (offices, apartments and shopping center), near from the historic center and 10 minutes away from the riverside. It has two semi-double beds and a sofa bed. It is located in the second floor and there are no stairs. Parking spaces are available for $8.000 a day. The place has one bedroom with two semi-double bed (1.20x1.90) a bathroom, an electric hot water shower. There is air conditioning and a SmarTV (no cable). The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a stove and a washing machine. The living room has a 3 place dining table and a sofa bed.

Apto limpio, agradable y excelente ubicación.
Buen alojamiento, tal cual como aparece en las fotos muy bien ubicado en el mejor sector de la ciudad!! Por mejor el agua de la ducha no baja con mucha rapidez y se vuelve desagradable al igual que la puerta de la ducha sugeriría un mantenimiento!!
muy bonito , aseado y muy pendiente a mi llagada Juan fue muy amable al llegar nos ayudó con las maletas gracias por eso muy amable , cambiaría solo la cama de la entrada suena mucho hay que ajustarla .. solo eso todo lo demás excelente
Excelente apartamento, muy bien ubicado, Mariana muy atenta y todo muy limpio.
La ubicación es buena, los celadores son muy amables y el apto es muy acogedor.

There is a park in front of the building and it is near to lively restaurants and commerce areas. There is a supermarket 4 blocks away and a pharmacy just downstairs.
The best way to go around is by taxi, as it is inexpensive and it does not take long to go from one place to another. There are many places of interest that can be reached walking from the apartment. There is a paid parking lot in the building.
