Katrina had been a very responsive host to address our queries before and during the stay. The apt is within Katrina’s home itself but has got separate entrances so the premises are not shared per se. Though many of the fittings and fixtures were quite aged like the window hinges and shower tab, the apt was spacious and very clean. We made a request to Katrina to use the washing machine and dryer which were located in her home. Katrina was so helpful to have us leave our dirty laundry outside her house in the morning and she returned us our freshly washed and dried clothing by the afternoon. A little advice to those driving big cars: park along main road instead of driving in the small passageway leading to the apt. Space is very very tight to park at the apt entrance, so just leave your car parked along main road.

Katrina's apartment is in a great location, close to public transport, and a 20 minute trip to the CBD. It is in a peaceful setting, no road noise, perfect. The apartment is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Katrina has thought of everything, lots of small touches such as the necessary items in the larder, bathroom, bedding, even a phone charger. It was private although Katrina was available should we need anything and was very responsive. She also made recommendations for local restaurants. This was one of our most successful Airbnb stays and we hope to return.
