Sean’s place was exactly as described…a very beautiful townhouse with nice amenities. Like a previous post, there are 24 steps to the second floor and it is steep and marble stairs. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone with any kind of mobility issues. Otherwise a very nice place!

This was my first air bnb trip. Sean was a great host and communicated well. Very easy to check in. House was well cared for. Lots to do in the area. Close to beach but pool and hot tub nice too. Garage parking was accessible and easy. Overall great experience!

The property manager, Sean, was extremely responsive and personable. The property was clean and neat, well-appointed, and offered plenty of seating. We enjoyed sitting out on the porches off the living room and primary bedroom. The pool and hot tub on the rooftop were quite pleasant as well. While the property is walkable to the beach, it's a long distance if you are carrying beach chairs (thank you for providing them!), towels, snacks, etc., so we drove and parked in the lot (tip: the lot fills up quickly, so go before 10am or late i the afternoon). There are a few restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, but for the most part, we needed to use our car. Overall, the property provided us with everything we were looking for.

We loved our stay in Boynton Beach. The home is well appointed and comfortable, overlooking a beautiful pond and quick walk to restaurants and the beach. Building has very nice amenities and everyone was so nice. Sean was a great host: friendly, quick to respond and a pleasure to deal with. We would stay here again.

Great location, layout and space overall. It would have been helpful to have a guide book with garbage instructions, etc but otherwise would highly recommend
