we stayed at the Banjo's for two nights over the Christmas weekend. Couldn't have asked for a better place for a relaxing holiday. The place was very clean with all the amenities as mentioned. Would definitely recommend following the instructions given by Jenny and Malcolm to get to the place. The communication was easy and clear instructions. We really enjoyed the recreational area with all the facilities. would definitely recommend the place for a relaxing and quiet holiday.

Thanks to our 5 star host Jenny's guidance and advice, this certainly was a memorable wilderness experience of wild animals/birds from the vast deck itself of our cabin without really walking into the bush. The comfy, spacious cabin[Clancys] boasting a vast deck, massive living/dining and bedrooms made our stay extremely comfortable and Jenny was very prompt in her communications. I can recommend Clancys at Banjos B.R. without any hesitation for a unique holiday.

Beautiful place, clean and spacious with lots of wild life around. We we’re looking for a peaceful place to celebrate the New Year at. The communication with Jenny & Malcolm was easy and pleasant before and on arrival. Unfortunately, after finding some inaccuracies in the place and reporting back to the owners, we received no satisfying answer and we’re treated in a very impatient and rude manner. Overall we do not feel the accomodation lives up to the description and has not been maintained in an acceptable working manner. The key issues are as follows : 1- Faulty Appliances- The main fridge and particularly the freezer did not work properly. The fridge was beeping and blinked red throughout our stay. This issue led to extensive food spoilage and waste, as we brought a lot of food for the weekend. In addition one of the air-cons in Clancys cabin was faulty and couldn’t cool down to room adequately. The Dishwasher at the main cabin was not working properly, it took 2-3 intense washes to get simple crockery cleaned and pots and pans had to be washed by hand. 2- Maintenance- Upon arrival, both homes strongly smelled of Mothballs and chemicals, it was hard to breathe and we had to wash some of the sheets to get the smell out, as well as air out the home in intense heat. The Jacuzzi was broken and extremely dirty, it would not heat and it was evident it’s not been cleaned in a while. The sliding doors were extremely difficult to open and close. Some of the mash doors were damaged. 3- Other guests with poor etiquette- Tennis rackets were missing for the majority of our stay. Dirty guests - not only did the other guests make a mess out of the recreation room, and mini golf area, but they have also let a dog into the sauna and it required cleaning before we could use it. They left empty alcohol bottles and chip bags around the place and left the space in a very disrespectful way. 4- WiFi - while you listed this place as wifi enabled, it was a far cry from our experience. Throughout our stay we struggled to do simple things like book further accomodation and change flights.

Great accommodation with amazing views and facilities to keep everyone entertained and happy for days on end, great communication even with a phone call on the land line phone in the cabin to see how everything was going on the second day of our stay, and a very late checkout time too
