A beautiful and quiet neighborhood. About 10 minutes drive to beach. The condo is overall clean but some items in the kitchen and bathrooms are not really. The unit has no ground level; need to climb the stairs to reach the living space. Maybe a concern for those with difficulty climbing. Overall a pleasant experience.

This place was perfect for our family and small dog. My kids enjoyed all the activities that the Club house had to offer. There was plenty of room for the four of us. We only stayed for a few nights and didn’t do any cooking so we can’t speak about the kitchen’s supplies. The place is a short drive from the beach and restaurants.

We had a wonderful time. The community was beautiful and quiet. The house had everything we needed. We really enjoyed early mornings on the screened in porch. It’s within great proximity to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Best of all, we could bring our little cockapoo along for some R and R.

Comfortable, clean and spacious condo with nice porch and deck. The development is very quiet and peaceful. It’s also very close to Bethany Beach, Fenwick State Park and shopping. The resort offers nice amenities as well. The condo is on the second level so be prepared for many stairs. The condo was very comfortable and it was a quick check in. Fast responses by the host.

Do not rent from this host! We were 30 minutes from the condo after a 5 hour drive when the host called us and told us he double booked. He told us another family booked before us and gave us no alternative to fix it. We booked a hotel room for the night that the host claimed he would pay for. The host said he would refund our money for the original booking but ended up refunding us $400 less than what we originally paid for. He never paid for our hotel room and then proceeded to stop answering my messages within the app. Airbnb had to get involved to resolve the issues. Do yourself a favor and find another listing if you want to enjoy a stress free vacation!
