We have stayed at the South Seas many times and love the complex and all it has to offer - pool, pickleball, beach access. Paul's unit is nice and the view is lovely. The beds were very comfortable. You are not allowed to turn the AC on above 72, which could be a problem for hotter sleepers - but there are fans in the bedrooms which make it cooler. The check-in process was the most convoluted we have experienced. We had to drive 2 miles past the condo to pick up the keys, which came with a dozen papers with info + ads. It took us 30 mins to find the unit because the keys were labeled with the wrong #. We sifted through the paperwork several times looking for another number before calling the agency, and had to wait for help because it was after 5. By the time they called us back we had located the unit # on a small sticker on the packet (which the agent pointed out should have been obvious). It was an exhausting and lacked the personal touch of most Airbnbs. But a nice unit!

We had a wonderful 10 days at this beautiful place! The condo is spacious, updated, private, fully equipped and pristine. The views are spectacular! It was difficult to leave and we hope to return.

Upon arrival on August 21, 2023, we instantly felt at home as soon as we opened the door to the unit. The apartment was pristine and welcoming. There were many necessities available. We enjoyed the remarkable privacy of the balcony in the mornings as well as the evenings...especially at sunset. The people working at South Seas in the office as well as the gate were extremely friendly and helpful. The beach was breathtaking and clean, and the walk easy with the beach cart provided at the unit. The pool area at South Seas was beautiful... the only drawback is that there needs ( in my opinion) to be more umbrellas for shade available. We truly felt at home during our entire stay, and we hope to return soon to this charming and inviting place.
