Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem Appartement. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es ist alles wie auf den Fotos zu sehen, allerdings muss man ein Stück auf der Straße entlang, um zum Strand zu gelangen. Etwas schade war, dass der Strand in der Nähe sehr dreckig war. das könnte allerdings auch an der Nebensaison liegen. Das Appartement befindet sich in einem Gebäudekomplex. über uns haben Leute gewohnt die man manchmal gehört hat. Die Gegend an sich ist sehr schön, aber in der Nebensaison schon sehr ruhig. Bei schlechtem Wetter hat man kaum ein Alternativprogramm. Maria Lucia und ihr Mann haben uns persönlich empfangen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. vielen Dank. liebe Grüße aus Norddeutschland

The communication with Maria Lucia was exceptional at all times. We appreciated the kind gesture of wine and home-made cakes which we received. The apartment is very well situated and equipped, there was nothing we did not find, we had everything we needed for our stay. We especially loved listening to the sound of the sea which can be seen and heard on the terrace and in the apartment, the beach is only minutes away. The area (in October) is perfect for walking (there are many different paths nearby the apartment) and swimming (the water in October is warm!). We highly recommend the apartment and thank Maria Lucia for her communication and support.

We had high expectations and weren”t disappointed, the apartment and surroundings are wonderful. Amazing place to relax and explore the nearby beaches. Near the beautiful Capo Testo. Maria is a wonderful host, really taking care of everything. Great communication before and during our stay. Would love to come back.

Maria’s place was exactly as pictured! Decorated tastefully and furnished comfortably! The kitchen is wonderfully stocked!The area is peaceful and private. Maria is a very proactive host with many helpful suggestions. If anything, I might have preferred to be a bit closer to town. But if you are looking for privacy and tranquility, this is the spot!

Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit . Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Der kurze Fussweg zum sauberen Strand haben wir auch genossen. MariaLucia und GianMario sind perfekte Gastgeber, danke euch beiden nochmals recht herzlich. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder und können es nur empfehlen.
