Overall, good stay. The place is outdated and the air conditioner kept going out. Did notice that the area rug could use a good cleaning or just replace it. Most likely, I was overcharged for the stay, but the view from the balcony overlooking the city lured me in. The neighbor across the hall started major renovations halfway into my stay and the noise became so unbearable, I left a week early. Never met the host, but he and his wife communicated via text message. In all things, give thanks. I’m still thankful for having a place to stay during my time in Houston. Great city!!

The place is as advertised. Very spacious for a one bedroom unit. Much like hotel/resort style living with exercise facilities, beautiful pool, and excellent door/front desk staff.

Great place, conveniently located near Galleria Mall, easy and walkable distance to Mediterranean eatery Demassi's, Chipotle, Bubba's burger shack, Chick-fil-A and Walmart/Sam's Club. Apartment is located fairly high up in building so the noise from major construction happening around 610 was next to nothing during stay. One can expect occasional pampering by concierge staff for holding open the doors and apartment has a good view towards downtown. Did extend the stay there.
