Nice place. However house has minor damages that needed fixed. We were there at the end of the season so they might not have had a chance to do the repairs yet

The price was almost double what I paid for a house on the beach last year. Few issues - no lights on the back deck, carport lights didn’t work - they did come and fix them day 2 or 3. The pool had no lights and had shelfs which you couldn’t see especially with little kids jumping in. Carpet in master bedroom upstairs was awful and our little guy cut his toe on the tack strips. Very small selection of pots and pans to cook for a large group. We couldn’t simply cook sauce and spaghetti. The hot tub cover was broken and had a VERY sharp rusted edge. There was no hand soap in any of the soap dispensers in any bathroom.

The location was perfect - a short walk to the beach access. We did have a few hiccups when it came to the cleanliness of the house but Airbnb was able to step in an assist. Overall, we would recommend staying here!

We had a good time staying at Kees vacation, the location is good very close to the beach, the rooms, kitchen and bathrooms are big and clean ,a play room was a plus for more fun , our stay was really comfortable, hopefully we find it available in summer!

First I want to say, my husband enjoyed his birthday so that’s what counts. My first issues was the bugs. I did not call to complain because previous travelers mentioned bugs in the reviews. I thought they were exaggerating to be honest, but that was not the case. The huge cockroaches were in just about every room. Second issue, we could not get the tv’s to work. My husband is a HUGE tv freak. I did not call the 1st night because it was a Saturday and everything said call on in extreme emergencies. The next day I called around 1:15pm. The person answering asked if I wanted to be called when maintenance was on the way. I responded yes. No one called me back until 11:57am the next day. By that time my husband went to buy new batteries & switched remotes. Third issue, the pictures on Airbnb need updating. The sofa needs cleaning. There is no way the house is being deep cleaned. The house was very dusty. The washer needs cleaning, it had a very funny smell. Lastly, the pots & pans are horrible. I couldn’t even cook bacon without it getting stuck to the pan and breaking up. It did say bring specialty pans, if only I knew that meant the everyday pots and pans. The blender did not work, would not blend correctly. My husband enjoyed his surprised bday trip so I’m ok, not satisfied but ok.
