Gerri’s location was amazing. Waking up to the sunrise overlooking the harbour and estuary. Do yourself a favor and book sometime here to relax and unwind.

This was my temporary home for two weeks of intensive study at Royal Roads University. Felt very homey and cozy. Loved the space and Gerri was a great host.

I booked this place for my mum and her husband. They had a wonderful stay there. The apartment was perfect for two people and super comfortable. The two loved that they were able to cook in the kitchen and make their own food. I recommend this place highly when you like it quiet and comfortable.

This is the second time that my husband and I have stayed at Gerri's place. Her place is absolutely spotless clean (my top priority), super comfy and has everything we needed for a week in Victoria. We come to Victoria to move my daughter in and out of residence at UVic and to visit family in Victoria so we are not sight seeing, but this location is very central and it is very easy to get anywhere. The location is within a few blocks of the Esquimalt Lagoon and beach and Royal Roads University trails through the forest so is an absolutely incredible location if you love to walk. The beach is really long in both directions. I walked just the one direction and it is an hour to the end and back. I walked twice a day. Amazing. Gerri's place has a stunning garden and a gorgeous view of the ocean. Gerri gives you complete privacy in the unit and also in the garden. The neighbourhood is a very nice high end neighbourhood and very quiet. Gerri's place is now our go to place in Victoria.
