In fact I was very surprised and happy when we saw that the apartment fully corresponded to the pictures and description. In the apartment was everything that is necessary for living. The owner David is very helpful and friendly. He contacted us almost every day just to find out how we were doing and we were happy with everything. I strongly recommend this apartment, because it is the best for me in the city of Vilnius exactly in the center. I will definitely return there with my family and more! *****

We entered this dirty musty apartment. “Super host” David and co-host Elma said that they had a long term guest for over 3 months and that they didn’t know it was left unclean and had to quickly clean it because we wanted to get in right away. A responsible host would of blocked out the checkout date for cleaning so any unknown cleaning could be taken care of. We sent list & pics of dirty floors,appliances,cookware,shower,sink,couch,blankets,bedding,clogged shower & sink,stained shower curtain,trash in drawers, messy closets, bugs & webs. Linens were left in washer and we were asked to remove & dry them. waited 4 days in this unsanitary place until cleaning by 2 people for for 5 hours. David never apologized. Only excuses. No promised refund for 1 day. only gave 30 euros during the initial cleaning “to go have a drink”. He delayed and in the end he writes us “I see Airbnb gave you a refund”. The only other refund was Airbnb’s token $10.57. David did not keep his word.

I stayed at this flat for 3+ months during the summer and absolutely loved the location within 1 minute of the mall, casino as well as sky club! Great place for a single person or couple visiting the city. Very responsive too!
