I had a wonderful experience with Nina and Brian. There were several great aspects to highlight about the accommodation. Firstly, Nina went out of their way to prepare some ingredients commonly used in Chinese cooking, knowing that we were from China. This thoughtful gesture made us feel truly welcome. Secondly, the house was exceptionally clean, tidy, and cozy, providing a comfortable stay throughout. Beautiful apartment in a very handy location for what we wanted. Right near Lygon Street with fabulous restaurants and walking distance to the Royal Exhibition Centre for the flower and garden show. Easy access to the city by tram or walking. The apartment is lovely and new and very nice contemporary decor. The beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Nuova Carlton had everything I needed for my 3 week stay in Carlton. The location was ideal, a short walk to the beautiful Princes Park and located directly behind the heart of Lygon Street. Nina and Brian are the perfect hosts, they could not have been more accommodating or responsive. The airconditioning worked extremely well, the bed comfortable, plenty of storage, easy to air and all amenities immaculate and in good working order. There was nothing I needed that Brian and Nina hadn’t thought of. Would highly recommend this property.
