The house is located up a dirt path taxis often refuse to go down Nice villa, best option is to hire quad bikes

This villa is an absolute scam. We arrived to what looked like a house that hadn’t been cleaned or inspected for years. A pool filled with algae, mould and cigarette butts. Stained bedsheets and mattresses, mouldy and missing garden furniture thick with dog hair and cigarette burns. From the moment we turned up to this house after a 15 minute journey up a pot-hole ridden dirt track, we immediately knew we couldn’t complete our stay at this property.. Costas himself wouldn’t answer the phone and I managed to get ahold of a customer relations agent for the property who came down to see if she could fix the endless list of issues with the property. We ended up leaving and had to book a hotel to stay in to complete our trip in Cyprus. I would strongly advise never booking any properties Costa has up for rent as he was extremely rude and told the managing agent the house was fit for purpose. Air bnb were kind enough to give us a full refund and even a voucher on top once I had sent over the disgusting images of the property.
