A cosy walk up flat with a well equipped kitchen, drinking water, hot shower, decent WiFi, washer and balcony. Unfortunately nextdoor construction will soon obliterate balcony view. Despite the construction noise, I enjoyed my stay taking advantage of a day tour Emmanuel conducted personally.

It was my second visit here, chosen again because my first stay had been so good. The apartment is extremely comfortable and comes fully equipped with everything as mentioned in the listing. It looks exactly like the photos too. Emmanuel had informed us beforehand that there was construction going on in the next building, but the noise was manageable, and in any case, we were out for most of the day. It was quiet and peaceful at night, and we slept well. The location is excellent. There are plenty of eateries and shops around, and one can easily walk to or catch a taxi/bus to other areas in Shillong. We really enjoyed our stay! Great apartment and great host. Highly recommend.

Emmanuel was very proactive and helpful. The space was clean and comfortable. It's extremely well placed in Shillong, with good eateries and all top places within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again next time.

We really liked staying at Emmanuels place! It is quiet but very centrally located and everything we needed was there. The kitchen was well equipped and there were extra blankets and cushions in the bedroom. There is also a small, sunny balcony where we enjoyed eating breakfast.

Centrally located for movement around other places, ideal arrangement for 2 people. Kitchen amenities well-stocked, and clean bathroom and bedroom. Plug-in heater and fan provided for climate requirements, and ample furniture for relaxing and conversation too. Fridge and balcony were a bonus. Recommended for 2 friends or a couple looking for a convenient stay for exploring Shillong.
