The stay itself was great! There were some miscommunication between the hosts time zone in the US, and me in the Philippines. He asked me to open the house for visitors to look at the house, but he gave me the final time at 5am, for 10am. I had to leave the house around 8:30am, and that wasn’t enough time to move personal items out of the public places for strangers to inspect the house for a potential visit. Also, the downstairs AC never worked. I was there a month, and it is sad it was never fixed. Is the downstairs AC included? It was too hot down there most of the time, and no screen so I couldn’t open the windows. This was communicated very badly. Over all a good stay, and the lady next door was nice and helpful. Communication was poor, and should have been handled by the lady next door instead of a host in a different country.

The New Intramuros Executive neighborhood is nice. It has a double security checkpoint and a clubhouse with a playground and swimming pool. There are friendly people around, but still some barking dogs and a few roosters at night. The internet was very fast, and the AC units in the bedrooms kept the upstairs cool.

I recommend this place, specially for those wanting to stay near INC CENTRAL Temple. There is no public transportation to and from the village but you can easily get GRAB cars. The place is clean. There is a sari-sari store beside the house. Nanay Nita is very friendly. Wifi signal cannot reach the second floor. They do have wifi router at the secind floor but they don't know what the password is Hopefully they will be able to get the password for it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED PLACE for a family good for six people 👍👍
