We had an excellent stay at Philip and Marie's condo. The location was perfect and had everything we needed. Would definitely rent again.

This Perkins Cove Condo is the perfect location with a short walk to Perkins Cove and all that it has to offer. The condo is comfortable and well furnished with all that you may need during your stay. The area is quiet and pleasant for the times when you just want to relax, but a short drive or walk to so many attractions and places to explore. It was nice to meet Phil and Marie when they were in town and appreciated them stopping by to see how our stay was going.

Haven’t actually completed my stay, Due to the recent tropical storm activity. However I did have time to check in and explore the area. Everything at the condo was as described.The nicest thing was that Philip and Marie were willing to work with me, To complete my stay at a different time. So I am looking forward to returning in October and enjoying Perkins Cove.

Thrilled to stay in Phil and Marie’s cute little condo again this summer! It’s just perfect. The location is fantastic with beautiful Perkins Cove-and all its shopping and dining options-just steps away. Walking the Marginal Way to Ogunquit Beach is the best way to get there. The views along the way are incredible. The unit itself has everything needed to prepare meals. The bathroom is updated and roomy. The mattress is very comfy as well as the couch. There’s a little porch with table and chairs out front which is a great place for relaxing and reading. This condo is an amazing place for the price! I’m so happy I found it. Being from south Florida, I’d love to come back in the fall to enjoy it again surrounded by the foliage. Thank you Phil & Marie!
