We are so happy to have found this accommodation! The location is great - walking distance to the beach and the main street in Montecito and easy access to the freeway. Pamela is a terrific host - clear check in/out instructions and very quick replies to messages. We appreciate that this property is pet-friendly. We have enjoyed several stays.

Cute little place, short walk to the beach or the Coast Road shops and restaurants. A very pleasant stay.

The place was small but in a great area. You could hear the footsteps upstairs but it didn’t bother us too much. Having access to the bikes was an awesome plus. Just a little cleanliness to get rid of some dirt and ants and spiders would be great! So close to lots of restaurants and shopping and beach

Great location, we walked to restaurants and a short bike ride to surf beaches! Loved that there are bikes available to ride! Nice and quiet too. Everything was clean and Pamela was super responsive and flexible. 😊
