Fantastic property and apartment. Exactly as advertised on Airbnb. Spotless, spacious apartment with all the appliances and kitchen items you would expect to find in your own home. The amenities couldn’t have been better and included a garage, with a clicker and elevator access. Prior to coming we had low expectations for the beach as we have been disappointed in stays at other properties before, however this beach was fantastic - incredible swimming, safe, calm (while we were there) and great for kids. Finally the service and security were excellent. There was always someone on the property and the service was exceptional. Anna is so easy going, kind, proactive. When we asked for an additional cleaning as our apartment was getting sandy she arranged for it to happen the next day. We couldn’t have been happier and will Come back for sure!

We stayed in condo #502 and our stay was so very pleasant, with Toni and team easy to work with and accommodating. The condo is well maintained, clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We would not hesitate to come back and stay again. The location of the condo is quite convenient, with Massy just a short distance away. If you have not been to the island before and without a car, you can very easily walk to get groceries then get a taxi to drive you back should you find yourself with too many bags of items to carry. Also, if you happen to wonder whether staying in Oistins is convenient - it is. Everything on the island (other than if you are staying in the east side) is so easily accessible with a car hire or taxi. Easy peasy. We were not able to fully enjoy the beach during our stay because of sargassum throughout the south up to the east coast of the island, this comes and goes throughout all of the Caribbean and it just was not our luck during our stay, but the swimming pool was the perfect respite when a dip was needed amid the backdrop of blue waters. Besides, one can easily drive to other parts of the island if you do so happen to encounter sargassum - so no worries. We opted for Batts Rock (enjoyed La Cabane) and Mullins (thoroughly enjoyed The Sea Shed) - and both have excellent beach clubs or restaurants. Just a quick tip, if you are the type to need complete darkness to sleep or sleep in, you’ll want to bring a sleeping eye mask. Overall - a WONDERFUL stay and a place which one should not hesitate to make their home away from home. P.S. De Roti Shop next door make yummy rotis - just get there early so they don’t run out!

Property was well taken care of and the staff were VERY pleasant and accommodating. Toni manages the complex and does a fine job at that! Unit was a top floor with very nice view and patio. There was enough space in the unit for the three of us and was complete with what we needed. There are no BBQs permitted but few doors down you can get a burger or other menu items along with a great happy hour. Grocery store short walk with taxi service if you have a lot to carry. Will cost you between 15-20 BDS for a 5 minute ride. There is a service that can shop for you for a small fee if you do not have a car. Beach area outside of the complex gate is beautiful and safe for swimming. Overall we were very pleased with the complex and will look to return. Happy travels

The best place! This place truly felt like home and the location was great! I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Everyone on staff is warm, super helpful, and highly professional. I will definitely come back to visit! Great and speedy communication, communal vibes, and gorgeous views! Thank you Maxwell Beach Villas…your team is amazing!

We can’t say enough great things about our recent trip to Barbados staying at Maxwell Beach Villas. The location was absolutely perfect with a beach out front and pool. My boys ages 6 and 9 played safely in the beautiful blue water and enjoyed every minute. The condo was spotless, comfortable and check in/out was seamless. Ranae and Suzanne were perfect hosts and left delicious coconut bread and rum punch in the fridge for our arrival. The bread was so good that I ordered extra loaves from their baker. The building was secure and safe with a key fob necessary to enter. Freights bay was 5 minutes away and had the perfect size surf for myself and my sons. Other beaches with more suitable waves for my husband were not far away. This was our first time to Barbados and we will definitely be going back and staying at Maxwell Beach Villas.
