Tenuta Buenasorte ist ein fantastisches Haus. Alles ist sehr sauber und liebevoll dekoriert. Die Gewölbe sind sehr imposant. Der neu gebaute Pool im Garten ist ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt und genau das Richtige für heiße Sommertage. Giada und ihre Eltern sind sehr liebenswerte Menschen. Die Kommunikation hat sehr gut funktioniert. Bis zum Strand sind es mit dem Fahrrad ca. 8min. Es gibt einen sehr schönen Sandstrand an den "Due Sorelle". Ab Juni werden die Strände aber immer voller und man bekommt nur schlecht ein ruhiges Plätzchen. Alles in allem kann ich die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Man fühlt sich dort sehr wohl. For this stay we were two families each with one young child. The house was comfortable, spacious, cool, immaculately clean and had a number of very nice - and welcome - touches: fresh tomatoes picked from a local orchard, crisp breads and owner-produced olive oil, as well as bottles of water in the fridge. Check-in/ check-out was good, fast and especially helpful as we received a number of excellent local tips from Giada's father. The beds were super comfortable, kitchen well-stocked with the necessary equipment to make a good lunch and the bathrooms were lovely. It should also be said that the grounds are very nice, spacious and far enough way from roads/ other houses that we never heard any noise at night. Giada's father also mentioned that he would, in due course, put a pool in the garden and while this will surely appeal to some people, I am not sure we would have used one had it been there - the nearby beaches (5-10 minutes drive away) are very very nice. Finally, in terms of location, you will definitely need a car to stay here and get around. Giada did provide us with 4 bikes but we didn't use them to get around as we didn't have child seats and it was just too hot. There are lots of great places to eat within a 10 minutes' drive and Lecce/ Otranto are only a 30 minute drive away - both are WELL worth the visit. Thank you for the great stay!

Gastgeber: Sehr herzliche Gastgeber, freundlicher Empfang, prompt und hilfsbereit während des Aufenthaltes Haus: Sehr empfehlenswert und genauso wie auf den Fotos zu sehen; Einzigartig schönes und neues Haus, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, 3 Zimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad (Dusche, WC, Bidet), wunderschöner riesengrosser Garten inkl. stilvoller Gartenmöbel und Hängematten, alter Oliverhain mit Trockenmauer drumherum und das Haus mittendrin ungestört für die Gäste; erhabenes Ankommen durch automatisches und beleuchtetes und Tor, Einfahrt zum Haus. Ort: ein guter Kilometer bis zum Strand, Ausserhalb der Saison ist Torre del' Orso eine Geisterstadt, aber wunderschöner Strand, tolle Konditorei (Dentoni) und Pizzaria (Vesuvio 3), die auch ausserhab der Saison noch geöffnet sind. 10 Minuten bis Otranto, 20 Minuten bis Lecce.

Very friendly at checkin, clean space, convenient for travel to local cities. Nice staying in Olive Grove. Close to beaches. We were asked for a 500€ deposit after booking and we notified the host that’s not how it works through AirBnB as AirBnB has its own insurance. They agreed and accepted no deposit. They presented a contract for us to sign on arrival but we also disagreed as it was not done through AirBnB. They accepted and we didn’t sign. The only real issue was the sensor cameras in the rooms that flashed all night every time you moved. It’s also a little uncomfortable as they seem to be cameras recording motion. It would be better if they removed them from the bedrooms. They didn’t hesitate to fix the hot water system so there was enough hot Water for 6 showers .It would be a good idea if they took them out of the bedrooms or covered them. I think the hosts are new to AirBnB so I gave them a five stars as they were very nice, welcoming and attentive when we needed help. They also gave us some fruit, tomatoes and local bread on arrival. Great restaurant recommendations too.

Uma linda casa, muito próxima a praias lindas. Os quartos são muito aconchegantes e adoramos o entorno da casa.
