My three-month stay was truly wonderful! The location was fantastic, situated in a charming neighborhood. The nearby park was a serene oasis, perfect for relaxation. One of the highlights was Susanne's German book club, where engaging discussions took place. She also organised a delightful outing to a puppet theater, which added a touch of magic to my stay. The house itself was cozy and well-equipped, providing all the comforts needed. The communal areas were great for socializing with other guests. I highly recommend it! Many thanks to Susanne for her hospitality!

I stayed again at the gelbes Haus, and again I thought it was the most magical home in weimar. Yes the house is beautiful and clean and classic, yes The location is superb. Yes The views of weimarian sunsets are divine, yes it is full of amenities. But aside from all this there is a ‘je ne sais quoi’ of calm and happiness in the house - it just has great energy you can feel immediately upon walking in. My hosts were eminently kind, funny, caring, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure that my time in Weimar was special - inviting me to cultural events that I didn’t know about, giving me endless advice on where to go, anything I needed. Thank you again Dietrich and Susanne!

Wir waren zum 2. Mal im sehr schön eingerichteten Zimmer. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und Dietrich und Susanne sehr sympathische und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Sehr gerne wieder!
