Super super place and wonderful location! The most amazing view right in the middle of city centre. No complains at all. We loved it.

Came on the train. It is close enough to walk but Alessio had told us about the free bus (white and blue shuttle) that connects the station to much of the town. It left us on Piazza de Roma where the apt is. You could also take the free bus to the Euro Spin Grocery which is next to the station. We cooked in the apt (doable) but there was almost no counter space. There was a micro. Could not hear the people in the apt. below but the wall between us and the next door airbnb rental were thin and the tenants liked to stay up late watching loud TV. Everything worked well, the washing machine in the room on the terrace came in handy and the wrap around terrace would have been great during warm weather. We did not know to what extent they celebrated Carnevale and where. They had late night outdoor dances at the Popolo which was behind us for 3 of the nites, lasting till 1:30 AM,12:30 PM and 11:30 PM which were very loud. The first 4 nites there were quiet. Alessio's place is in the perfect location for visiting Ascoli Piceno. We had a wonderful time there. There is parking for 2 euro/day about 300m walk away. We all loved staying there.
