Definitely the best from my Airbnb in New York.You have everything what you wish for-very comfortable,clean,well maintained apartment,private parking ,quiet neighbourhood and only 2 minutes from subway and buses.Gregory an exceptional host.He is doing everything to make you feel like at home.Always respond immediately with any questions you have.That’s why this apartment booked all the time and I was just lucky to rent it for my working assignment.

When I first walked in you could smell the cleanliness of the place. He had fresh towels in the bathroom and plenty of extras. There was plenty of covers there were pots and pans if you wanted to cook utensils plates. This place had all the conveniences of being at home. Everything was easy to use. I would definitely stay again when I come back to New York

We had a great stay in Gregory's flat. Gregory provided lots of helpful information before our stay and we liked being so close to the subway. Spotlessly clean and bigger than the photos show. We would recommend Nick's for good pizza too! Highly recommended!

Quel merveilleux séjour nous avons passé ! L'appartement est spacieux, d'une propreté irréprochable, et l'ensemble est meublé avec goût. La literie est d'un confort exceptionnel. La cuisine comporte plein d'ingrédients de base disponibles dans les placards. Il y a une petite cour avec de la verdure et un barbecue. La situation est parfaite, il s'agit d'une maison située dans une rue calme, à deux pas de la station de métro de Gun Hill Road à partir de laquelle on peut rejoindre tous les lieux d'intérêt. Il y a des épiceries et des restaurants tout proches, ainsi qu'une immense laverie. Nous avons apprécié de loger dans le Bronx, car nous étions au cœur de la population locale, loin des touristes. Nous ne nous sommes jamais sentis en insécurité, les gens étaient très gentils avec nous. Et cerise sur le gâteau, Gregory le propriétaire est adorable et très attentionné! Il habite au-dessus de l'appartement et est toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel

If your going to stay in the Bronx - this is the place! Period! Comfortable, great price, has absolutely everything you need (including off street parking) Gregory is awesome. I’ll be back!!!
