We just finished a two-week stay. The Condo location was great, we particularly liked being on the 2nd floor, with easy stair access in/out of bldg. to/from pool/beach, etc. There was some maintenance going on in the building, and they were great about communicating to the occupants. The condo is showing its age, albeit provisioned with all the necessities. Our only real comment would be regarding the TVs. They are ridiculously small relative to the size of the condo, and rental costs, and considering the cost of TVs today this just seemed inexplicable? Marco is a great place, and this location gives you great access.

The unit was sparkling clean, with clear instructions re: check-in and check-out. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals at home. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc. were in the closets for use. We had everything we needed for a great and relaxing vacation. Two minor things to be aware of: 1) There is an additional one-time $100 registration fee that needs to be paid to the condo complex 2) The unit is on the second floor overlooking the pool. As such, you will have some "screaming children" noise from morning to sunset. If you intend to sleep in, use the a/c and close the windows, which block out the noise very well.

Fantastic location. Very nice pools. A very pleasant walk to the beach which is right out the door at gladly stayed there!

My family and I had an amazing time. Check-in was easy, location and rental was great. We look forward to returning for another week soon!
