Lori's ad is misleading. 1) She does not provide breakfast as noted in the ad, 2) She requested to have her 22 year old son stay in the house multiple times, even though I was uncomfortable with that arrangement and was at the time, the only occupant in the house. 3) The bathroom shower wasn't very clean 4) Even though she said she would not come in the house unannounced, she came in frequently unannounced, and once I was in my pjs in the kitchen; 5) She continues to add new restrictions to the house every time she stops by. 6) the home does not have central air-conditioning and Lori gets upset if you run the a/c as it is expensive 7) the door to enter is very hidden and difficult to find, behind a large bush. 8) Would not recommend staying with this host.

Lori is really friendly and helpful. This house is very good for Uconn students and Willimantic is really safe. I took bus to school in Storrs, convenient and safe. Though it might takes about one hour from home to classroom, including the walking distance. At first I felt it's wasting time, but gradually I got used to that. Housemates are also friendly and helpful when I lived there. Lori provided almost all necessary things for life. And there is a university near house. I usually study at the library of that university at weekend. Highly recommend this house! Really perfect!

Had a great stay at Lori's place! Clean, quiet, and comfortable, just as in the pictures/descriptions. Easy check-in process. Would certainly stay here again if in the area!

Lori’s place is conveniently located near the school and beautiful historic homes. There is a lot of busy traffic but nothing that a sound machine won’t muffle out. Check in and check out is so easy and convenient. Lori has directions written out well so you do not have to question things. In addition, another lady is staying longer term in the room next door, within the house and she is friendly and helpful.
