Fantastics location and spacious yet the bed was more firm than our liking and the towels were old and rough. If you are traveling with large luggage pieces the elevator is a great bonus.
The apartment is really nice and in a great location. We were able to walk everywhere. Valeria was very responsive and we were able to safely drop our bags before the checking in time. The apartment had everything we needed. My husband and I would love to return to Florence and we would definitely stay here again.
