We choose to stay last Ryan's for the location and the pool. Although Ryan was very nice with allowing us an early check-in, the pool guy came (Friday, when listed he comes on Thursdays) as we were getting there. The whole house could use some maintenance, as the living room light, the kitchen lights, the hallway lights and main bedroom lights were so dim or just not working, that putting them on did nothing. The dishwasher, and washing machines were dirty, and we didn't even feel like using them and the kitchenware needed a good wash before using. I mostly picked this location because of the pool, and I did not feel like going in at all, the pool had looked like its only cleaned when gets come (ring of dirt/plant matter where the water sits). We also felt pretty uneasy at night, as everything the neighbors do echos through the house and makes you feel as if somebody is there. If you are looking for decent location, this is it and probably the only redeeming quality about it.

We had a great stay. Ryan was quick to respond when we asked to change the temperature setting of the house. The house was clean and nice. Much thanks!

Over all the stay was ok. The place could use some updated wiring. Bedroom light didn’t work and the living room one didn’t either. Front door lock need some work couldn’t get the key out . We used the other door instead of fighting with it. Your pool guy isn’t very good either and should check you cleaning person job also. I would rate it a 6.

Ryan’s place was exactly how it was listed. We will be booking with him whenever we are back in the area!
