Michael and Carol’s place instantly felt like a home to us. The views are spectacular especially at sunset, and of course in the mornings when a a beautiful shroud of fog would drift across the valley far, far below us. The main piazza, the heart of Todi is a short and easy walk away. This is truly a peaceful home where one can recharge after an exciting day of exploring Umbria.

If you are going to visit Todi and its surrounds, Michael's apartment is a perfect choice for up to two people. It is beautifully located on the outer walls of the city with breathtaking views most of the day, only surpassed by sunsets that defy description. The apartment itself is well-fitted out and well-presented. It had all the facilities I needed and is located in close proximity to the centro storico of Todi. Michael's local manager, Adele, is a great asset to the apartment. She was kind enough to pick me up from the bus from Rome on my arrival and took me and my luggage down to the bus station on my departure. During my stay, both Michael and Adele were very responsive to any advice or support I needed, especially when it came to local knowledge. Overall, I spent a very enjoyable and relaxing two weeks in Todi and, in no small measure, my choice of Michael's apartment was a major factor in making my holiday a success. It's a small house, but is equipped with everything you could possibly need, decorated very tastefully and is scrupulously clean. The view is stunning and it's only a few minutes' walk from the centre of the glorious town of Todi. Adele was a very gracious host and couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating.

This is a most amazing location almost like a fairy tale looking out the bedroom window and looking down on the city wall. It’s a short but steep walk to the piazza. The kitchen was very well equipped and perfect. Wonderful hosts and caretaker! I took the bus to and from Todi and they helped me with the entire process. I may find myself staying there again.

Nice apartment conveniently located near the center of town with great countryside views and comfortable bed. It was a real plus that both a washer and dryer were provided for our 2 week stay. The host and the owner were very supportive and helpful in making our stay so enjoyable. I would highly recommend Michael and Carol's place.
