The location is at the centre of Hong Kong which is perfect for me. The neighborhood was busy and active as restaurants and foot massage service shops are everywhere. You need a pair of earplugs to sleep if you are sensitive to noises. My complaint actually is the resident above and below. The one above is like unrest for the whole night and the one below you always smoke at the stairs. But it’s a residential building after all, not a hotel, I sucked it up. The host couldn’t help it too. So just use earplugs and hold your breath when you go out. If you think convenience matters most, it’s a good choice. The host, Danilo is nice, easy going, responsive and helpful. I’ve broken one of his bowls and he asked me not to worry about it. He tends to make things easy for me. He tried to arrange better ways to pass the keys on the first and last day of my stay. He also checked in on me from time to time to make sure my stay is fine.

Good place to stay in Kowloom. Two blocks from the Temple Street night market. Restaurants, shopping, massage and more all red just outside the front door. Very walkable area and very near MRT. place looks like the pictures and Danilo was great at communicating.

THE place to stay in Hong Kong. So conveniently located to food and transit options. Super walkable area. Nice, clean, good sized space (especially for Hong Kong) for 2 people. Stayed 4 weeks, and were so comfortable. Separate bedroom, with large closet & queen size bed. Full size bathroom, good water pressure & plenty of hot water for showers. Sitting room/eating area with comfortable love seat & table for eating. Has a washer in unit! So convenient. Very quiet, especially when you consider the location. Danilo was great host, it was easy to check in and check out - met us with the keys. Unit is on the 2nd floor (3rd floor in U.S. terms), with narrow stairs leading up to the unit. We are active seniors, so stairs were never an issue for us. (Only a challenge the first day when we brought our luggage up (we stayed a month, so we had bigger luggage)). Bed is Asia hard for us (living in U.S., we are used to soft beds) - we used our own chair cushions to soften it for us. Will stay again!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement qui est plus grand que la moyenne à Hong Kong. L'équipement est suffisant. Danilo a ete très réactif et la communication très simple. L'appartement est très bien situé proche du métro Jordan et pas trop loin de la station Austin. Nous avons pu nous rendre à pied à Tsim Sha Tsui. Nous avons pu nous rendre partout très simplement. Je recommande vivement l'hôte et ses appartements. Nous avons loué les 2 unites.
