The place and location is great, right in the centre. Communication and instructions were clear and accurate, the only downside is that the main bathroom doesn’t have a toilet seat, which might not be great for a big group staying at the house. Having said that we loved our stay and the VIEW..

We absolutely loved this place, the central location, the views, the light and amazing sunsets over the city... Perfectly presented rooms with white linen throughout and the kitchen more than fit for purpose. A very decent supermarket nearby when we fancied cooking some of the local produce and a 2 minute walk to the city's most connected, central Metro station. Plenty to take in locally, don't miss the tapas bar in the Markthal and a ride on your very own water taxi. Delft's a lovely day out for a more traditional Dutch city experience and the Stedelijk Museum in Schiedam also worth a look. Thanks to all the friendly helpful team at Urban Residence. Mark.

Big building, perfect to be in the center. Cautious if you have vertigo (big windows with higher floors)

Great stay in a spacious apartment with fabulous views. Superb location: literally on the junction of the 2 main shopping streets and a fabulous supermarket at 2min walk. Also very close to the central station. Better kitchen utensils would have been handy and the beds were a bit too soft, but all in all it's a place we'll happily return to and recommend.

Beautiful view, great localisation. The apartment has everything needed in it. (but laundry not included) Towels and everything was in. We found the apartment not so well kept but pretty comfy, and just for the view and localisation we would recommand it.
