Ma'am Apol and her son Anjohn (AJ) were very responsive to all my queries. You may use the Waze app, type in the words "Piccadilly Green Villas" and you will be accurately directed to the location of the property. During our check-in when I prompted them that we were already outside of their property, although it was late at night, AJ was there to meet and greet us. AJ was also helpful in suggesting an itinerary for a day tour. The rooms we rented were equipped with the basic cooking and dining utensils. They had an outdoor table with timpana and chairs located just in front our rooms where we ate meals. They also had a sufficient parking space just beside our room. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet at night. The water supply for bathing and washing was uninterrupted. They also furnished a gallon of mineral drinking water. The beds as well as the airconditioning were comfortable enough. On top of it all, the price of the stay was a great deal, value for money. Well recommended.

Apol was available on site and helpful with any needs. Close to small shops. Nice area right outside sitting drinking and eating

It was the best selection that i choose to live here, even though the location is a little bit romote, there is also a good roast chickens shop and a bakery nearby. I really appreciate the kind, helpful, reliable treatment from Apolonia and Aj. They respond timely, offer services like pick up, motorcycle rental, and with a non-accent English which is easy to communicate.

Please allocate extra time to find this place. The signage to the family-owned homes have faded and you need to ask around. The unit is clean and can fit 4 but tight. We asked for extra floor rugs because there was no shower curtain and I slipped and fell with the wet bathroom floor. Apolonia’s son was quick to deliver rugs to wipe wet bathroom floor. I asked her to install even a simple shower curtain to avoid this accident for their future guests. She was agreeable to that. We appreciate the Netflix in the unit since there’s nothing much to do in the compound. There is no swimming pool or shopping mall or good selections of restaurants nearby. To get out, we’re told to find a tricycle at the corner. The Wi-Fi is likely shared with other homes because it wasn’t in the unit and was slow. Patience is key.
