This place is super cozy, check in was simple and was a decently appointed apartment. We were very happy overall, that is until the hot water stopped working. The whole reason we were there was to adopt a newborn baby. Not having hot water is a deal breaker and after 6 hours, the only communication I received was, “Hi. I'm sorry on it.”. I asked for any kind of an update on what we could expect and after receiving no response, I made the decision to call Airbnb, cancel the remaining nights and get my money back. So at 9:30pm, we packed up the entire apartment, with a newborn, moved to another Airbnb, unpacked and wasn’t able to get resettled until 11:00pm. Not one apology was offered, no explanation, not even a single word of concern for my baby. I completely understand things happen, but to not have even the beginning of a plan that could be communicated to restore a basic necessity like hot water, in late November no less, is completely inexcusable.

Very clean, Cozy, and well equipped. Everything you could need, Gary provides. We travel with our children so this place is perfect and kid-friendly. This is our second stay at this place and will continue to stay when in town visiting family.
